Macarthur Ford Narellan Quarterly Drive Day a Huge Success Despite the Rain

Our latest Macarthur Ford Quarterly Drive Day, held on Sunday, 9 August 2026, was another fantastic success, bringing together our amazing Ford community for a day filled with great company, stunning scenery and memorable experiences.

The morning kicked off at the dealership, where guests enjoyed fresh coffee while catching up with fellow Ford enthusiasts during our Show & Shine. There was an impressive lineup of vehicles on display, making it a difficult decision for our judges. Congratulations to Angelisa, whose immaculate black Mustang took out the Show & Shine award—well deserved!

After everyone had the chance to admire the incredible vehicles on display, we headed off on our scenic drive. Although the rain gods weren't particularly kind to us and the showers followed us for much of the day, the weather certainly didn't dampen the spirits of the group.

Our first stop was the spectacular Burragorang Lookout, where everyone was treated to breathtaking panoramic views across the Warragamba catchment. Despite the cloudy skies, the lookout offered an unforgettable backdrop and plenty of opportunities for photos.

From there, the convoy continued on to our final destination, The Surveyor General Inn in Berrima. Renowned for its warm, old-school hospitality, the historic venue provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a delicious meal together after the drive.

With lunch finished, many of the group took the opportunity to wander through the charming streets of Berrima. The town certainly put on a show, with its collection of antique stores, boutique shops and nostalgic old-fashioned lolly stores providing the perfect way to round out the afternoon.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. Events like these are all about bringing our customers and the Ford community together, and it's always fantastic to see so many familiar faces enjoying the journey.
