On the track that could have been considered Macarthur Ford Narellans home, Oran Park, champion driver Jamie Wincup won his first V8Supercars championship title. Jamie secured the win in race one on the weekend held on Saturday. It was a terrific finish with Jamie's team mate Craig Lowndes taking out second spot.

Because of its private design not suitable for fleet buyers, the Ford Falcon G6 is ahead of the entry level XT in the FG Falcon range, replacing the Futura model.

When the BA Falcon series were released, Ford Australia knew there was space for two different XR6 models in the marketplace—the Ford Falcon XR6 and the Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo.
